Last week, Foster Fuels and the Foster Foundation donated 100 backpacks filled with a variety of school supplies to Campbell County elementary schools, along with headphones, tissues, disinfecting wipes, and hand sanitizer. We also provided feminine hygiene products, travel-size deodorant, tissues, and hand sanitizer to be distributed among Campbell County middle and high schools. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support local students, teachers, and families as they kick off a new school year at Campbell County Public Schools! 📚✏️🎒

Foster Fuels was honored to take part in the Scott Insurance “All About Onboarding New Employees” seminar at their Richmond office! Amy Mentzer, our VP of HR, and Ricky Maddox, our VP of Safety & Compliance, shared insights on building a strong onboarding experience from both the HR and safety perspectives. Amy discussed how Foster Fuels has streamlined onboarding processes, improved efficiency, and prioritized relationship-building between employees, managers, and HR from day one. Ricky highlighted the important role safety plays in our onboarding process, including the close collaboration between our Safety and HR teams to prepare our drivers and technicians for success.
