We provide the best customer service and training that we have to offer, we have background in training dogs prior to rehoming for a herd dog rescue located in Central Oregon, training dogs for the public for basic obedience and behavior issues along with our own which are bred and trained to work sheep and cattle on the ranch. We believe in training a dog to be first a ranch dog and capable of doing any task that is common on a working cattle ranch before taking it into a trial scenario. It is vital to set their foundations at the beginning or you will find later on the holes they have or dismiss as being mediocre when in fact the basic training effort was. In private lessons we teach owners how to become handlers and how to build confidence in themselves, this then helps the dog sense confidence and trust in you with the goal to make a lifelong friend and teammate.

In memory of my Uncle Frank Savage. This is going to be the kind of trial and event that if Dale Brisby was given a dose of riding a big circle on the Owyhee with the Owyhee buckaroos and spent an evening in Winnemucca Nevada or City of Burns picking up at a Glen Shelley bucking horse contest and finishing up listening to Dave Stamey sing “Buckaroo Man” or “Mountains of the Heart”. Yes, that ranchy! We will have a great time without connection to any association.
