We are just getting wrapped up on a liquid system install on this Landoll 5530 Grain Drill!

This system includes a Tower Electric Pump system from SurePoint Ag Systems, including an electromagnetic flow meter, 3-section valves, dual-metering tubes, and stainless steel placement tubes. This system will run off a John Deere rate controller allowing the customer to control his system through his ISOBUS display!

We also outfitted this drill with new disc openers from Wearparts Tillage Tools!

It has been a busy week of plot tours around our Rowena location!

We started off Monday with a cotton field day put on by the Tom Green County Extension office taking a look at their reniform nematode RACE Trial.

Tuesday we attended the NexGen plot tour in Lowake, showcasing some of their experimental varieties as well as some of their existing varieties.

Today we spent the morning down near Veribest at the Deltapine plot tour, where they showcased some of their current portfolio as well as some experimental varieties in one of their irrigated plots.

Was great to get out in the area and see some of the new and existing seed technologies on display in our area!

We are often asked, "How much can I save with SymphonyVision spray technology?"

While there are a lot of factors that can affect how much you save, we wanted to share an example from one of our customers.

The top picture shows the W**d Severity that was mapped by our SymphonyVision cameras in this 160-acre field. The cameras were able to determine that 86.2% of this field had no weeds.

The bottom picture shows the customers product applied on this same field. The customer was applying a 10 gal/ac rate, and with the use of SymphonyVision he was able to apply 311.4 gallons of product across the entire 160 acres.

That amounts to 1,288.6 gallons (over 80%) of product saved in one field vs. a broadcast application! It also means with our customers 1,000 gallon tank he did not have to stop to reload in this field gaining him valuable efficiency!

This was a great example we were able to capture from one of our Clarity customers a couple of years ago!

This example shows the value that Clarity can bring to your seeder to not only be able to see whether or not product is flowing, but be able to measure product flow to identify with real-time visibility when unexpected problems arise!

The crop told the story, but Clarity saw it first.

While planting winter wheat,a grower saw his fertilizer flow drop on the 20|20 as his tank began to run out. Clarity captured exactly where it happened.
