Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Front Office
Reports to: Office Manager
Position Times: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Starting Pay: $15-$17 per hour + 10% Commission on new customer sales
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Position will be responsible for answering phone calls.
• Will be taking and entering orders from customers.
• Will be entering daily invoices and billing.
• Share responsibility for social media outlets.
• Help create marketing materials, social media content, project flyers, brochures, etc.
• Customer retention and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
• Able to sit in front of a computer for 8 hours a day.
• Professional workplace / office etiquette answering phones and emails.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (outlook, word, excel)
• Easily be able to execute creative social media strategies.
• Requires skill in multitasking, meeting deadlines and performing under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to listen and comprehend instructions.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to collaborate on projects.
• We work in close quarters and everyone needs to be personable, courteous and a team player.
• Accounts Receivable experience a plus
• Marketing experience a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• On board for long term commitment.

University of Florida/IFAS Extension at Hernando County and Florida Sea Grant will be hosting the Annual International Coastal Clean Up. 🌊🧹🗑

This amazing opportunity happens Saturday, September 17th from 8:00am until 1:00pm at Linda Pedersen Park located at 6340 Shoal Line Blvd, Spring Hill, FL 34607.
