As Traffic Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re finishing with a reminder that safety on our roadways includes everyone; especially pedestrians.

🚗 Drivers: stay alert, slow down near crosswalks and intersections, and always yield when required.
🚶 Pedestrians: use designated crossings when available, stay visible, and make sure drivers see you before stepping into the roadway.

Traffic Awareness Month may be ending, but safe habits on our roads matter every day. Stay alert. Share the road. Help keep Hernando County safe.

This afternoon, TGH Brooksville met with Training Division Chief Moulton, and some of his training Captains, to discuss the newly established cardiac thoracic services now provided at Tampa General Brooksville. Trainings and walk through were discussed during the brief meeting, collaborating to stay on the same page with this great new addition to Hernando County’s hospital services.
