Magnesium Spray
Yes, I spray magnesium spray on my chest to help my stay asleep & to sleep deeper😴, Now that I am in my 50s I have issues staying sleep at night😴
Whenever I have aches in pain in my body, muscle spasm in my legs, cramping, I just grab my Magnesium Spray and spray where it hurts🤔😏.
