📢🚨🚨 ATTENTION 🚨🚨📢

Starting today, a receptionist will answer the phone when you call during business hours! That’s right, no more leaving a message and waiting for Bob to call you back when he has finished running service calls for the day!

We are also implementing a new platform to streamline business operations and for scheduling service calls.

Please be patient with us as we make these changes! We anticipate it will take a few weeks to work out the bugs.

Also, soon Bob’s phone number (814) 592-7166, which has been his personal and business number, will be solely the business number. If you need to reach Bob personally, please send him a text requesting his new personal number.

We are hoping to better serve our customers with these changes. It will also be beneficial to us as Bob typically spends two hours on the phone every evening returning phone calls. As always, we thank you for your business!

If you are trying to reach Bob for an appliance repair please text him for right now instead of leaving a voicemail because something is wrong with his phone. We are looking to hire an experienced Appliance Repair Technician AND a Technician’s Assistant.

The Technician’s Assistant should have basic computer skills and customer service experience. Plumbing, electrical, and construction experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Pay based on experience for both positions.

We tentatively plan to re-open and begin running service calls on December 20th. Bob is still recovering following an illness and hospitalization.
