Why leave those skins on the juice?

Because that’s where ALL the good stuff lives — color, tannin, that deep flavor that makes you go “ooh.” White wine grapes get peeled and pressed fast, no skin contact needed. But red? We let those skins hang out in the juice during fermentation, soaking up color and character like a tiny grape rave. 🟣

No skins, no rosé-to-red glow up. Skins are basically doing the heavy lifting while the juice just vibes.

Cheers to the parts of winemaking nobody sees but everybody tastes. 🥂

When you come to a wine blending, you’ll be making a lot of crucial decisions but one of the biggest will be what to name your bottle.
