My second Molokai2Oahu V6 completed! 16 mile on Lake Dillon at elevation 9017 feet (i’m certain no one has done it at a higher elevation - but let me know if you’re out there) it was a beautiful paddle just under five hours perfect weather, and beautiful views.

My daughter’s 33rd birthday is tomorrow, she is celebrating with 3 different ski disciplines totaling 3.33 miles of terrain. I paddled today and tried time the track to be 3.33 - I hit it precisely but got greedy and was trying to press stop at a speed of 3.3 mph so ended up turning 3.34 - she gets the sentiment! Happy birthday, Christine! Have fun tomorrow!

I tried for a solstice paddle yesterday but that lake was frozen - however I found open water today so I will call it the “first full day of winter” paddle. Always nice to get on the water! Even if that water was a little cold.
