Recognition signage works best when it feels connected to the space around it.

This project for the Joan Leprino Community Corner at Mile High United Way combines dimensional lettering, patterned wall graphics, donor plates, sponsor recognition, and a custom memorial panel into one cohesive system.

Each element serves a different purpose, but together they recognize the individuals and families supporting the organization and preserve the story behind the space.

A storefront is rarely viewed from only one direction.

For The Vault by Commit in Denver, the signage needed to create a strong identity at the entrance while also being easy to recognize from farther down the street.

A custom non-illuminated cabinet establishes the brand on the building, while a double-sided blade sign adds visibility for people approaching from either direction. Each sign serves a different purpose, but together they create one consistent storefront presence.

Opening a new location comes with a long list of things to figure out.

Build-out. Branding. Furniture. Staff. Inspections. Grand opening plans.

But signage should not be the thing that gets pushed to the end.

Exterior signs often need design time, landlord approval, city review, fabrication, and install scheduling before they are ready to go up. Starting early gives your business a better chance of opening with the visibility it needs from day one.

Your sign is how people know they found you.
Do not make it an afterthought.

Your sign works 24/7, but is it still doing its job?

A worn, outdated, poorly lit, or hard-to-read business sign can affect how customers see your business before they ever walk through the door.

Here are five signs it may be time for an update:

It looks faded, cracked, or damaged
It no longer matches your branding
Parts of it disappear at night
Drivers cannot read it quickly
Nearby businesses are becoming easier to notice
Take a look at your sign from the road, after dark, and from a customer’s point of view. Is it still visible, readable, and representing your business well?

Which of these five issues do you notice most often?

Built for Anythink.

We recently completed this custom front-lit signage for Anythink Library Reunion Express in Commerce City, Colorado.

The two-inch-deep acrylic logo and letters were mounted on a compact square-tube wireway. To preserve the original logo shape, we custom-built the logo to sit above the wireway while extending over its face.

It’s a small fabrication detail that makes a major difference in the finished sign.

Designed, fabricated, and installed by BSC Signs. Built to be seen.
