🌾 Growing the Next Generation of Ag Careers! 🌾

Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting Terry County’s 8th graders from Brownfield Middle School, Meadow, and Wellman-Union for the annual Ag Career Expo (ACE)!

What a great group of students — and what an incredible lineup of presenters who showed them just how many opportunities exist within agriculture. From cotton and peanuts to w**e and grapes, ag technology, diesel mechanics, animal and food science, and so much more, students got a firsthand look at the many career paths available right here in our own backyard. 🚜🥜🍇🌱

A special thank you to everyone who helped make the day possible:

One of the biggest takeaways from the day? You don’t have to grow up on a farm to build a career in agriculture. With hard work, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, there are countless opportunities waiting right here at home.

What a wonderful afternoon celebrating the people who make Terry County agriculture so special! 🌾🚜

Congratulations to the honorees of the 71st Annual Terry County Farm Tour, presented by the Terry County Soil & Water Conservation District and hosted here at The Armory at Farmhouse Vineyards.
