🏎️🏁We've just witnessed the most exciting finish in Indianapolis 500 history!
What amazes me every year is the unreal amount of teamwork needed to operate to each car...
The drivers are fiercely competitive, taking advantage of every angle, every lap, every drift. But internally, each car depends on strong down-to-the-second collaboration between engineers, pit crews, spotters, strategists, mechanics, drivers.
➡️ Everyone has a role
➡️ Everyone must communicate
➡️ Everyone must execute together
💡Businesses should work the same way
❓How many times are we competitive when we should be collaborative?
❓Or worried about internal politics when we should be focused on ex*****on?
💡Organizations should compete against competition…
while collaborating effectively inside their own walls.
❌Don't let silos, poor communication, distrust, or misaligned priorities slow your team down.
💡Championship-level organizations don’t win because one person shines. They win because the entire team works together toward a common goal.
👉Compete externally. Collaborate internally.
We can learn a lot from racing teams...
Congratulations Felix Rosenqvist and team!
