Summer Help Wanted: Excavation & Dirt Work

Are you a hard worker who knows your way around equipment and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty? Spades Excavation LLC is looking for dependable, motivated summer help to join our team. If you grew up on a farm or have an agricultural background, you have the exact mindset and skills we need.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•Jobsite Support: Assisting with site prep, grading, and trenching.
•Equipment Care: Assisting a foreman with maintaining various types of equipment and tools.
•Labor: Lifting, hauling, and general labor to keep jobsites running smoothly.
•Teamwork: Working outdoors alongside a skilled, professional crew.

What We’re Looking For:

•Background: Some experience is preferred. You know how to hustle, respect machinery, hook up trailers, and solve problems on the fly.
•Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to the shop or jobsites are a must.
•Work Ethic: Show up on time, every single day, ready to put in an honest day's work.
•Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work hard in hot summer conditions.

New year means new toys! We are back onsite of one of our demolition jobs hauling off the foundation in our new triaxle dump truck.

After a long week and over 3,000 tons of dirt moved, we are finishing up with this barndominium pad. We will follow up in a couple of weeks once the building is complete so we can do the final grade!
