💜 𝗜𝗙 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗪𝗘 𝗛𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘

Swimming lessons were cancelled today because of the weather. ☔️

I read the notice on the door and told this little guy swim class was cancelled.

But he didn’t believe me. 😅

So I told him to get out of the car and read it for himself.

He read the sign, watched a few families arrive, read the notice, and leave right away.

Then he looked at me and said,

“Mommy, can we wait a few more minutes?” 😂

Even after reading the sign himself, he was still hoping swim class would happen.

Sometimes I think kids teach us more than we teach them. 💜

Myra’s story began thousands of miles from home. 🌎💜

Originally from the Philippines and now living in New Jersey with her husband and son, she understands the hopes, sacrifices, and responsibilities that come with building a life in a new country. 🇵🇭➡️🇺🇸

Like many immigrants, she worked hard, built a stable career, and focused on creating a secure future for her family. ❤️

For years, she believed that one stable job would be enough.

Then life happened.

Unexpected challenges required her to use much of the savings she had worked so hard to build. It was a moment that made her pause and reflect on what she wanted for her family’s future. 💭

That reflection led her to explore something new. 🌱

Not because she wanted to walk away from her responsibilities.

But because she wanted more options. ✨

Through a digital business, she found a way to learn new skills, connect with a supportive community, and continue growing personally and professionally. 🌍🤝

What stands out most about Myra’s story isn’t what she started.
