Here is what we are looking for:

Job Title: PAS Supervisor/Community Liaison

Start Date: flexible but within the next month or so.

Qualifications:

*current LVN or RN License
*preferred home health experience
*any marketing experience is a bonus
*valid Driver's License and car insurance
*tech savvy- email, printer, Word, social media, GPS
*excellent communication skills
*comfortable speaking to the public
*ability to work independently
*self-starter
*organized

The job duties include:

*completing home assessments for new clients
*completing VA paperwork
*supervising current Caregivers to ensure quality of care
*coordinating, planning, and participating in community events (Health Fairs, Business Expo, Senior Center, etc)
*marketing to other agencies and facilities
*answering phone and providing details about services offered
*take call one weekend a month and 2 holidays a year (never have to leave home...everything managed from the phone)
