Something surprising about me. I first joined the network Marketing industry in 2004. This year it marks 20 years in industry. Oh gracious Lord. I have seen all. From physical products to services. The trend is heading into non physical digital products and currently crypto and financial trading. But one underlying aspect I noticed is people. In this industry you will find two kinds of people: Recruiters and Leaders. Pay attention when they come to sell you the dream. Recruiters all they do is talk, talk, talk,talk. All they care about is you to sign up, massive recruiting and massive selling. Once they earn a commission, you add their number, bye bye, move to the next one. Listen to their language . You won’t hear again from them. calls them The . As i continued to pursue this journey, I discovered that there special kind of people: these are leaders. They see potential in you, they take you under their wings, they coach, teach, mentor you. They pour all their ressources to help you change your mindset, your habits, and mold you to become a better version of yourself. Most of the time, they give without expecting anything in return. If you haven’t meet these people in your paths to success, then you haven’t experienced what is a true business, entrepreneurship venture. The common narrative, most people are focusing on what, and how! Really? Anyone can get the what and how! I believe true transformation is about the why and who. These are not easy to find.
