✨ Feature Friday ✨

This Friday, we are spotlighting Lane McGuire at MarWay Business Services! Lane is from College Station and is currently studying Finance at Texas A&M University.

Lane has been part of the MarWay team for almost two years and says one of the things he enjoys most is posting charges. He likes how quickly he can get into a groove and stay in a good rhythm while getting things done.

Family is a big part of Lane’s life. He has two brothers, his mom and dad, and a dog named Roxie. And in true MarWay fashion, pretty much the rest of his family works here too! 🐾

Outside of work and school, Lane enjoys spending time with friends, playing intramural sports at Texas A&M, and playing pickleball and basketball. He loves staying active and enjoys watching all kinds of sports, especially baseball and football. ⚾🏈

This Friday, we are spotlighting our very own Logan Willis at MarWay Business Services! 💙

Logan is the grandson of MarWay owners Martica and Wayne and the son of our Executive Account Manager, Courtnie Willis. He has grown up around MarWay, spending much of his childhood in the nursery here with his cousins. At 16, Logan joined MarWay as a student worker and has continued to grow with the company while balancing his college education.

Logan is currently attending Texas A&M University and pursuing a degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development, with plans to graduate in the spring of 2027. 🎓 He enjoys the positive environment at MarWay, learning something new each day, working with our providers and office staff, and helping ensure claims are processed and paid.

One of Logan’s greatest strengths is his dependability. He is always willing to step in, help solve problems, and do whatever is needed to support the team. We are proud to watch him grow both personally and professionally and are grateful to have him as part of the MarWay family.

Outside of work and school, Logan enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the lake, and spending time with his GSP puppy, Oakley. 🐶 Fun fact: Logan can do a backflip!

This Friday, we are spotlighting our very own Nariana at MarWay Business Services! 💙

Originally from Coamo, Puerto Rico, Nariana earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and has been a valued part of the MarWay team since September 2024. One of the things she enjoys most about working at MarWay is the positive, family-oriented environment. She says the supportive atmosphere and the people around her are what make MarWay such a special place to be.

Family is incredibly important to Nariana. She is a proud mom to her three-year-old daughter and is also a loving cat mom to two cats! 🐱🐱

Outside of work, Nariana enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and online gaming. 🏖️📚🎮 She is also incredibly proud of her Puerto Rican culture and the heritage that is such an important part of who she is. 🇵🇷

This Friday, we're excited to spotlight one of our longtime team members, Marlene West, at MarWay Business Services!

Originally from Cankton, Louisiana, Marlene attended Acadiana Tech, where she studied Medical Secretary and Transcription. She has been a valued part of the MarWay family for an incredible 24½ years, and throughout that time, she has been a steady, dependable part of our team.

When asked what she enjoys most about working at MarWay, Marlene didn't hesitate to say it's the family atmosphere. She loves that everyone gets along, works together, and stays busy. That sense of teamwork and support is one of the things that has made MarWay feel like home for so many years.

Family is everything to Marlene. She and her husband have been married for 35 years and have three children. Their family has continued to grow over the years, and they now have eight wonderful grandchildren—six girls and two boys—who keep life full of joy and special moments.

When she's not at work, Marlene has recently started learning how to quilt. She's enjoying the challenge of picking up a new hobby and looks forward to creating handmade quilts that her family can treasure for years to come.

This Friday, we’re excited to spotlight our very own Caroline Willis, Billing & Credentialing Specialist at MarWay Business Services!

Caroline was born in Augusta, Georgia, and spent her early childhood in Columbus before moving to College Station, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a certificate in Strategic Communication.

Caroline recently married her high school sweetheart, Kyle, after seven years together, and the two tied the knot in June 2026. Her family also live in College Station, and her younger brother, Jack, is currently attending Texas A&M.

Caroline has been part of the MarWay family since December 2021. She first started by babysitting, then worked as a student employee while finishing college, and is now a full time Billing & Credentialing Specialist. She enjoys learning more about the ever-changing world of medical billing and loves finding new ways to help MarWay grow. Whether it's improving day-to-day processes, designing MarWay apparel, or creating content for our social media, Caroline enjoys bringing both creativity and fresh ideas to the team.

Outside of work, Caroline loves cooking, baking, needlepoint, traveling, floral arranging, shopping, and playing golf. Fun fact—she can do the worm! She also owned and operated her own cake business throughout high school for five years, combining her creativity with her entrepreneurial spirit. 🎂

This Friday, we are excited to spotlight our very own Cindy Hayhurst!

Originally from Ohio, Cindy is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) who has been a valued part of the MarWay family for over 18 years. Throughout her time here, she has built lasting relationships with both her coworkers and the provider offices she serves. Cindy says one of the things she loves most about MarWay is the family atmosphere, where everyone supports one another and celebrates each other's successes. She is especially grateful for the lifelong friendships she has made along the way and the incredible people she has had the opportunity to work with.

Family is at the heart of Cindy's life. She is the youngest of eight siblings, has two sons, Matthew and Jacob, three granddaughters, Phoenix, Ivy, and Kaidence, and is also a proud pet mom to her dog, Pickle, and cat, Spencer. ❤️

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking, watching HGTV, and diving into everything true crime. She also loves traveling and experiencing different cultures. Whether she's listening to contemporary Christian music on Peace 107 and K-LOVE or enjoying a little country music with a two-step, Cindy always finds joy in the little things.

One thing that truly stands out about Cindy is her heart for serving others. She says she is happiest when she is helping people, and anyone who knows her can see that compassion reflected in both her work and her everyday life.
