Are AI assistants, chat bots, and receptionists acceptableΒ in an aesthetic medical practice?
Yes, BUT if you're going to use AI, be authentic and honest about it.
There's nothing more irritating than an AI receptionist on the other end of the phone that's trying to pretend to be a real person. So be real about it.
Only use AI receptionists if you have a real need for it. The human touch is so important, especially in a high-end, luxury aesthetic and wellness practice. Your personal touch is more important than the small amount of efficiency that AI may provide. So keep this in mind when you decide whether or not to utilize AI in your aesthetic and wellness practice.
