At Tabor Hill, our kitchen is rooted in the agricultural richness of Southwest Michigan. We source from local farmers, growers, and producers whenever possible, allowing what’s fresh and in season to help shape what arrives at the table.

This morning our team joined Fox 17's Morning Mix with Michelle and Todd for a sneak peek at what's new at Tabor Hill! Highlighting our new menu items from Chef Justin Carlisle, new wines, and spirits from Round Barn Winery & Estate.

Our new menu is something to be experienced. Shared and celebrated, from the first bite to the last sip. We're not cooking food that could be from anywhere, we're cooking food that could only be from here. Southwest Michigan's ingredients don't taste the same anywhere else, and our job is simply to let them speak.

Honoring 59 years of Tabor Hill history while building something that's truly a destination for Southwest Michigan food, wine, and hospitality.

There’s a reason Chef Justin Carlisle’s name carries weight in the culinary world.

Before joining Tabor Hill, Chef Justin was the chef and owner of Ardent in Milwaukee, where his cooking earned him national recognition and four consecutive James Beard Award nominations.

For those outside the culinary world, the significance of that distinction can be easy to miss. The James Beard Awards are among the highest honors in American food and dining, recognizing exceptional talent and leadership across the country.

His approach to food is rooted in where he came from. Raised on a small beef farm in rural Wisconsin, Chef Justin brings a deep respect for agriculture, seasonality, and the people behind the ingredients to everything he creates.

Now, that experience is shaping a new culinary chapter at Tabor Hill.

FRENCH TOAST — A sweeter start to Sunday. Focaccia French toast with mascarpone, lemon, and berries.

BREAKFAST SANDWICH — Sometimes, the classics are exactly what you want. Breakfast sausage, fried egg, American cheese, spicy mayo, and seasoned home fries.

PORK HASH — Made for slow Sunday mornings. Braised pork, potato, seasonal vegetables, poached egg, and hollandaise.
