We have gotten some calls saying that our business is permanently closed or that we have merged with another company. And to call that other company instead of us.
We have been in business for over 20 years and are still open. Also we have not merged or sold to anyone else.

When servicing your own ro system and you replace your membrane,
be sure to replace the flow restrictor. The membrane and flow restrictor work together. If you have the wrong flow restrictor with the membrane, you will get poor quality water or low flow.

Did you know that pellet salt and softener crystals are designed for different types of softeners.
Pellets are for softeners that don't have water sitting in the salt tank all the time. They dissolve fast so they should not sit in water.
Softener crystals are for softeners that always have water in them. They dissolve slowly so they need to sit in water before use.
If you use pellet salt in softeners that need crystal salt, eventually it will gum up the float and your softener will not work correctly.
