My name is Tonie and I’m the owner of Elijah Air Heating and Cooling - based out of the beautiful growing city of Buckeye AZ.
Our local , family operated business has been providing professional HVAC services to our Arizona community since 2017.

🏠 HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT CONTRACTOR — AND WHY LICENSING MATTERS
Hiring the cheapest contractor can sometimes become the most expensive decision. Before allowing someone to work on your home or business, take a few minutes to protect yourself:
✅ Verify the contractor’s license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors
✅ Confirm the license is active and covers the type of work being performed
✅ Verify insurance- if they have a license they probably have insurance.
✅ Check reviews, references and previous work
✅ Get the complete scope, price and warranty in writing
✅ Be cautious of unusually low bids or requests for large cash payments
✅ Make sure permits are obtained when required
✅ Never rely on a logo, business card or social-media page as proof of licensing
Your local licensed contractors invest a great deal into operating legally and responsibly.
We maintain the proper license, insurance, training, tools and safety standards—and we stand behind our work and are accountable to any mistakes made.
When an unlicensed person performs work that requires a license, it does not only put the customer at risk, It also hurts legitimate small businesses that are paying the costs and doing everything required to protect their customers.
These individuals may offer lower prices because they are avoiding the same accountability, standards and responsibilities, leaving honest contractors competing on an unfair playing field.
