Pre-registration for Buyer’s Numbers will begin on 10/14/2024; stop in & get yours today to avoid the lines on auction day! Multiple auction rings will run all day—bring a bidding buddy! Fi****ms will sell at 10:00 a.m. Trucks & Other Titled Vehicles will sell after 11:00 a.m., followed by recreational vehicles & trailers, then automotive parts & accessories. Tractors will be sold after noon. Lunch, restroom facilities, and parking available on-site. & (PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON MILLER ROAD). Winning door prize numbers will be posted at 2:00 p.m. on sale day. For safety reasons, all loading will end at dusk. Please note that our auction office and lot are closed on Sundays.
Terms: Cash, check, or major credit cards with identification. All purchases must be paid for on auction day and removed no later than October 26, 2024. Michigan Sales Tax will be charged on all items unless tax exempt paperwork is provided. As a Class D Auto Broker, WBAS is required to process all paperwork on titled vehicles. A $75 buyer fee will be added to the purchase price of each titled vehicle, in addition to Secretary of State Fees. Proof of insurance must be shown and necessary paperwork signed before sold vehicles can leave our lot. Fi****ms will be sold in accordance with Federal and Michigan Law and posted WBAS rules. Firearm laws in the State of Michigan have changed as of 2/13/2024.
