Earned Promotion: Joe Conti For Dispatch Manager

Huge congratulations for Joe Conti for earning Dispatch Manager!

This is a hard position to get & requires a lot of leadership, loyalty to Anker, patience, exceptional customer service, & automotive knowledge all of which Joe has exemplified during his tenure.

Joe is a veteran having been with Anker since the companies early origins back in October of 2020. He started off with the standard driving position & eventually worked his way up to step van driver, the dispatch team, & now leads dispatch altogether.

Outside of Anker, Joe loves to spend time with his family & friends trying different hangout spots & enjoys watching football & baseball.

Joe has been an asset to Anker through thick & thin, there is no doubt Joe will continue to overdeliver & lead our team to continued success. There are very few leaders in logistics who are headstrong, resilient through turbulent market conditions, & is a likeable guy above all else!

Professional Driver Of The Month For January: Geovanni Rios

Geovanni upholds everything it mays to be a hard-working professional driver who exhibits industry standard work-ethic & keeping his teammates accountable.

Geo started working with Anker back in the summer of 2021 & since then has proven himself a valiant performer & an up & coming leader.

After a few months with regular company vans, Geo has moved up to manage Freightliner/Ford step vans. Transitioning from standard company van to step van means more responsibility & additional stops for drivers, but signifies more merit for their contribution to a growing logistics company.

This recognition is well-earned & there's no doubt Geo has a bright future here at Anker & in his future endeavors!
