We tore down this press box last week at North High School. We didn’t really know how it was going to go. It was 35’ high and they wanted to save the first floor!
It took a big hard working crew. Some with equipment and a lot by hand with sawzalls and hammers.

We wrapped up the Metro Transit Hoist replacement project with one last final hoist pour yesterday! About 220 yards were poured all together from the 1st pour to the 5th! Jack and his crew with NextGen Concrete Construction worked with us on this last pour and they do amazing work and are fun to work with!

We’re looking for a Hands-On Field Leader who knows how to run a crew and isn’t afraid to grab a shovel, jump in equipment, or fix a problem instead of pointing at it.

If you can lead by example, keep jobs moving, and still crack a joke on site—you’ll fit right in.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a crew on commercial and residential dirt work projects
• Running equipment when needed (skid steers, excavators, loaders)
• Working in the field, not watching from the truck
• Assisting with grading, utilities, demo, retaining walls, and general labor
• Coordinating daily tasks and keeping the job moving safely and efficiently
• Taking pride in quality work, clean equipment, and a smooth jobsite

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years Excavation experience required (leadership experience a big plus)
• Someone who leads by doing—
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable, safety-minded, and respected by the crew
• Comfortable working outdoors in all Minnesota seasons
• Valid driver’s license
