Meet our summer intern, Tommy Shea!

We’re thrilled to spend the summer with Tommy! He joins the EBC team from St. Bonaventure University, where he’s majoring in Accounting with a minor in Finance.

Tommy is diving deep into the world of Human Capital Management by rotating through nearly every corner of our business. From Accounting, Tax, and Banking/Finance to Payroll, HR, Onboarding, and Marketing, he’s gaining hands-on insight into how our team supports clients every single day.

When he’s not in the office, he shares that same leadership on the field coaching a youth lacrosse team. It’s been an absolute pleasure having him with us at EBC, and we’re proud to play a role in his professional journey!
