And the exterior look that took home the win was the dark exterior! For 2020, the top 3 choices of exterior paint is:
1. Blue! There are a number of shades to choose from when going with blue but the unique and bold colors are this years favorite!
2. Black! This one surprised me a little, but it’s getting very popular in the modern and designer homes!
3. Taupe! This color might have once been considered standard or “drab”, but today it offers a sense of neutrality with warmth that you can’t find in a lot of greys and darker colors!

Good morning, everyone! I am so excited about this December and I can’t wait to tell you why. Every week in December on Monday (besides today) I will post a picture of “This or That”. It’s a little game I want to play with you all where you pick one or the other choices related to real estate, and comment your pick on the original post.
