served as key drafter of numerous policy documents setting forth the agency's positions on harassment and other job discrimination issues. o Received a variety of special contribution and performance awards, as well as the Secretary of VA’s 2019 Diversity and Inclusion Award. o Investigates allegations of sexual harassment and other forms of workplace misconduct. o Conducted Administrative Investigative Board reviews as well as Fact Finding Investigations. o Certified as a Federal Mediator and has successfully conducted mediations in a variety of private, public and federal agencies.
