Congratulations to Katherine Papa Barone on being elected Secretary of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA)! 🎉

NAPIA is the oldest and most respected organization representing public adjusters in the country, and this election to its Executive Committee is a huge honor. Katherine now joins Ronald Papa and Jodie Anne Papa, both Past Presidents of NAPIA, making NFA the first and only public adjusting firm to have three family members serve as NAPIA officers.

Founded in 1922 and now in its fourth generation of family leadership, NFA has always been guided by integrity, advocacy, and putting policyholders first. Katherine's election is a proud reflection of that legacy and of her own hard work advancing this profession.

Our hearts are with the families of those who lost their lives, the displaced residents, and the entire Endwell and Johnson City, NY communities following the devastating fire at the Knights Inn.

NFA, National Fire Adjustment has been retained to assist with the property insurance claim arising from this loss. We are committed to helping during difficult times like these and will approach this claim with the care, professionalism, and respect it deserves.
