Position Overview:
This role includes general outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks to help maintain residential and/or commercial properties.

Basic Qualifications:
• Entry-level to moderate experience in lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal clean-up)
• Basic handyman skills (minor repairs, painting, light carpentry, general upkeep)
• Ability to operate standard landscaping tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with power tools and maintenance equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
