Robert Lowery has over 20 years of experience working with people from all walks of life both youth and adults. And wow, his level of knowledge and empathy increased. He previously served as the Chief Program Officer at the Boys & Girls Club where he was responsible for all programs and services for 11 facilities and lead over 120 staff and 50 volunteers and was recognized nationally in 2017 by Bo

ys & Girls Clubs of America as the Professional of the Year. In 2014 Robert launched RL Experience on a part-time basis providing training and leadership development. In 2018, he became a full-time entrepreneur with expanded consulting services tailoring to non-profit and faith-based organizations. In 2021, he redeveloped the business model of RL Experience to be more aligned with his life’s Mission: Helping others succeed through Life and Leadership Coaching. He loves and believes in God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. He loves to learn. He loves my family. He has a covenant son Dialo. He has a Chief Barking Officer, Jadakiss (male, pitbull). La’Tia began braiding hair at a young age, trained through BOCES cosmetology, and stepped out on faith to build a growing clientele that now travels from across WNY to experience her work. She’s given back through backpack giveaways, taught braiding techniques to others, and used social media to document her journey and grow her brand.

A Niagara University graduate, Jy’Ahzhannae built the ONLY cheerleading program of its kind in inner-city Niagara Falls creating a powerful space for young athletes to grow in confidence, discipline, and leadership. She recruited participants, secured a location, raised funds, and built community trust from scratch all while building a program rooted in sportsmanship, mentorship, and integrity.
