Robert Lowery has over 20 years of experience working with people from all walks of life both youth and adults. And wow, his level of knowledge and empathy increased. He previously served as the Chief Program Officer at the Boys & Girls Club where he was responsible for all programs and services for 11 facilities and lead over 120 staff and 50 volunteers and was recognized nationally in 2017 by Bo
ys & Girls Clubs of America as the Professional of the Year. In 2014 Robert launched RL Experience on a part-time basis providing training and leadership development. In 2018, he became a full-time entrepreneur with expanded consulting services tailoring to non-profit and faith-based organizations. In 2021, he redeveloped the business model of RL Experience to be more aligned with his life’s Mission: Helping others succeed through Life and Leadership Coaching.
