Back with a new iteration of our varietal Hazy DIPA.

𝙄𝙇𝙇𝙐𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙊𝙁 𝙎𝙊𝘾𝙄𝙀𝙏𝙔 • 8.5% DDH Hazy DIPA
• The third release in this series. This time featuring a double dry hop with Bru-One, Mosaic Cryo, Alora, and Cashmere. Nose is straight hop candy. Heavy notes of cantaloupe and tropical fruit on the palate. Medium-bodied. Does not drink like 8.5%.

Boutta month ago we hosted the crew from Bellwoods Brewery (Toronto, ON) for some Bills tailgate debauchery and an intensely hungover brew day. Cooked up a new sour for your lunchbox. 𝙉𝙊𝙒 𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀 𝙄𝙉 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙈𝘼𝙍𝙆𝙀𝙏.

𝙎𝙄𝙈𝙐𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙀𝘿 𝙆𝙄𝙉𝙂 • 6.1% Soda-Inspired Sour
• Brewed with loads of Kiwi, Orange, Lime, and Citrus Soda. Simulated King is a riff on Bellwoods famous “Jelly King” and our rotational sour, “Simulated Reality.” Ask your dad to put this in your lunchbox before school.

This week, we were humbled in being recognized as one of the ‘Best New Breweries of 2024’ by none other than . Being mentioned amongst such a killer list of breweries comes as an honor and inspiration. Long hours, late nights, and liver damage….all worth it.

We’re beyond grateful for so many reasons, but need to recognize the Buffalo craft beer community for supporting us.

To the bars and restaurants who have put our beer in front of your customers for this past year – 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙆 𝙔𝙊𝙐. You know who you are, and this wouldn’t be possible without you.
