A tenant was feeling "creative" with a roll of blue tape. And on this day, a new job was born.

Edit just added second photo of the same area sanded and stained , still sealer and 3 coats of polyethylene have yet to be applied.

We have not been posting as much as usual. Red oak sanded , no satin 1st of 3 coats applied.

The new version of the l***r Hummel is impressive at best. I have 2 old ones and these appear more aggressive when needed and smooth as butter when ran with the drum pressure lowered. This floor in particular will need dark stain to conceal permanent discoloration.

Oak mix sanded to 100 grit and coating with premium oilbase polyurethane. 1of 3 coats applied.
