Anthony "Tony" Crowley is a seasoned security operations leader, compliance technologist, and master safety trainer based in Western New York. With over two decades of hands-on industry experience, Tony bridges field-tested tactical expertise with modern operational systems to protect personnel, assets, and organizations across the region.

As a New York State Certified Security Instructor, Active Shooter Response Instructor, and dual-certified Instructor Trainer with both the American Red Cross and the Health & Safety Institute (HSI), Tony has trained and certified thousands of security officers, corporate teams, and first responders in critical life-saving disciplines—including CPR, AED, First Aid, and opioid overdose response (Narcan). His curriculum emphasizes practical readiness, regulatory compliance, and calm ex*****on under pressure.

Beyond training, Tony is the creator and architect of Apice360 (formerly MyTrainingPros), a modern workforce operations and safety platform designed to streamline digital patrol verification, site audits, compliance tracking, and incident reporting for dynamic security environments.
