Check out our latest storm door install! Many people ask what the difference is between a big box store door and a Gerkin door. One picture shows the old door we removed, and like many older doors this one was a wood core door. Over time moisture is absorbed in the wood and the bottom swells and flakes like you see in the picture. Gerkin doors are foam core insulated, meaning no deterioration, no swelling, and superior insulation.

This is one of the numerous different door configurations that Gerkin offers. We can customize hardware type and color, door color, screen options, and even doors to fit custom sized openings. Check out a couple of showers that we had the opportunity to install glass for! These were very unique designs that we worked together with the customer on. Always fun to do these projects! Thank you to the Anderson and Haskell families 😎

Check out some finished window projects we've completed recently! These are examples of when we aren't able to remove the entire existing frame due to the construction of the house. We offer an option to install a new window into the existing frame, which usually greatly reduces the amount of labor and materials needed, while still providing an extremely efficient and attractive window.

Gerkin offers both vinyl, and aluminum windows & doors available for this installation method. Give us a call for an estimate on your home or business window and door needs!
