Caregiving can be rewarding, but also life changing.

Being a caregiver may take you by surprise. You might start by doing a small and simple tasks. Soon, you are spending a lot of time caring for a family member, friend or neighbor, this caregiving can come on quickly. However you began caregiving, your life can changed. This change can last a few weeks, months or even several years.

Caregiving has many rewards, but also shifting roles and emotions. You might feel troubled or frustrated. You may also feel alone or angry because others don’t understand. These feelings are natural, and common.

Every situation is unique. But you are not alone.

Each caregiving experience is unique and different. You will have changing needs, feelings, trials and rewards. Your experience will also change over time. Yet, one thing is for sure. All caregivers need to find balance in their lives.

With balance in your life, you will be better able to keep providing care.

My goal is to provide support and help to relieve the caregiver and or assist an individual with dealing with day to day tasks.

Flexible scheduling with evening shifts available; every other weekend required.
