OFFICIAL RETURN TERMS — EFFECTIVE STOREWIDE
This policy applies to all customers and transactions at Broadway Hardware Store.

1. Receipt Required – No Exceptions
✓ A valid original receipt is required for any return or exchange.
✓ Returns will not be accepted without a receipt — regardless of purchase date, payment method, or customer status.
✓ This rule applies even if the product was just purchased — no receipt, no return.

2. Return Window & Item Condition
✓ All eligible items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
✓ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✓ Returns attempted after 7 days will be denied.
✓ Opened, used, or incomplete products are not accepted under normal policy. If accepted by management, additional restocking fees will apply.

3. Non-Returnable Items
✓ Custom glass cuts
✓ Window screen repairs
✓ Special order items
✓ Clearance or final-sale items

4. Restocking Fees
✓ A standard 4% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
✓ If the item is damaged, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
✓ For any opened product accepted under management approval:
• 25% fee + additional restocking charges
• Return may still be denied based on condition

5. Refund Method & Store Credit
✓ Approved returns are refunded in the original form of payment when possible.
✓ Cash refunds are not guaranteed. If cash cannot be refunded, store credit will be issued.
✓ Store credit is issued in the form of BHS CreditCraft™, valid only at Broadway Hardware Store.
✓ BHS CreditCraft™ is:
• Non-transferable
• Must be physically presented at checkout
• Cannot be used for check payments

6. Final Notes
✓ All returns must comply with the conditions listed above.
✓ Any exception requires written approval from store management only.
✓ BHS reserves the right to refuse any return at its discretion.

1. General Sales Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns or exchanges are accepted only with the original receipt and within 7 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply on select items.

2. BHS CreditCraft™ Policy
BHS CreditCraft™ is store credit issued when a return does not qualify for a cash refund.

✔️ Valid for:

Future purchases paid by cash or credit/debit card

Use in full or partial amounts

In-store use only

❌ Not valid for:

Cash redemption

Check payments

Transfer to other individuals or accounts

Digital copies (unless approved by management)

CreditCraft™ must be presented at checkout to apply. Lost or stolen credit slips will not be reissued.

3. Special Orders & Custom Items
All custom glass cuts, window screen repairs, paint mixes, and special orders are non-refundable and must be prepaid in full. Broadway Hardware Store is not responsible for manufacturing or supplier delays once an item has been ordered.

4. Warranty Policy
All warranties are provided solely by the product manufacturer. Broadway Hardware Store does not offer any separate or extended warranties unless stated in writing at time of purchase.

5. ProLine Membership (BHS ProLine Program)
ProLine Membership is application-based and offers benefits across three levels:
ProLine Member, ProLine Plus, and ProLine Elite.

Only approved customers are granted access

Membership benefits are non-transferable

ProLine Plus and Elite may require payment

BHS reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership due to policy violations or overdue payments

6. Late Payments & House Accounts
Approved business accounts may receive house credit under strict terms.

Invoices must be paid by the specified due date

First Notice: Reminder issued (no stamp)

Second Notice: Stamped as SECOND NOTICE

Third Notice: Stamped as FINAL NOTICE or PAST DUE

Any receipt issued with an unpaid balance may be stamped UNPAID or NOT PAID

Repeated late payments may result in revoked charge privileges

7. Payment Types
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and BHS CreditCraft™.
We do not accept checks.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

8. Pricing & Promotions
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Bulk deals, sales, and promotional discounts may not be combined unless clearly stated. Errors in pricing will be corrected at the register or on the invoice.

9. Liability Disclaimer
Broadway Hardware Store is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or personal injury resulting from use of any products purchased. Customers are responsible for selecting and using materials appropriately.

10. Agreement of Terms
By purchasing from or conducting business with Broadway Hardware Store, customers agree to comply with all policies and conditions stated above. Terms are subject to change without notice.
