Meet Crystal Green, a valued member of our team who plays an important role in keeping payroll operations running smoothly across several companies. As Payroll Coordinator, Crystal is always looking for ways to improve processes and support employees with accuracy and care. She recently created a more efficient workflow for tracking prorations for allowances and reimbursements, helping simplify tasks that were previously handled manually. She’s also currently working on additional projects focused on streamlining payroll operations and ensuring accuracy every step of the way.
Crystal enjoys the collaborative environment at 5840 Holdings and values the opportunity to work alongside her team while learning more about the clients we support. One of her favorite experiences has been gaining a deeper understanding of the ins and outs of payroll and finding ways to better support employees through her work.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time crocheting and recently discovered a love for sourdough baking after successfully creating her own sourdough starter.
