🏡For home, business, or moving prep & management Hi, I'm Ashley Moon!

I'm a decluttering specialist and have an amazing team that serves Greater Los Angeles in person, while I support people virtually around the world. I love combining my education, experience, and passion to create positive change in our world. I'm a huge advocate for mental health and belive in the power of establishing a solid foundation and support system for ourselves and communities. I also en

joy supporting people virtually (courses, consulting, content, media) and have been featured on OWN, Buzzfeed, Hoarders, LA Times, WikiHow; and Youtube celebrity channels. I hope to help connect people with each other and resources in a way that advocates for conscious consumerism for todays world.

🤔It’s not a one time purge, it’s a lifetime practice in letting go.

🥰It isn’t just a weekend project, it’s a mindset that shifts the way you live.

🌈We don’t just do it within our closets and spaces, sometimes we can do it with our thoughts, finances, relationships, and even society- as we co-create a better future for all!

Ready to release all my journals! 30+ years worth. I never thought I would, but last night, as I was looking through them for material to add to my book of poems I’ve been writing since I was a teenager, I realized- I want to let these go! While honoring them and my growth.

Here are the most common reoccurring themes I would write about, sometimes obsessively:
• I need to lose weight
• My moms behavior
• Codependent dating
• Learning how to heal
• Angry, sad poetry
• To do lists
• State of the world, what can we do

This morning as I sit with my coffee and take this picture before releasing them, I wonder what got me here to this unexpected place of saying goodbye to them. Well, there’s nothing in them that I need anymore. I’ve had this tendency to wear my resiliency like a badge of honor, these journals being proof of what I’ve endured and survived.

But I’ve been resetting and refreshing my ways of connecting with my past. I’ve been healing through therapy, and twelve step programs like Adult Children of Alcoholics/Dysfunctional Families. And I’ve been editing and designing my book of poems, which pulls from these journals in a meaningful way. That is plenty, that is all I need.

I’m also super grateful for my life today, my fiancé, our sobriety and recovery, and a few close friends I love dearly. I want to keep working toward personal & collective liberation, and ways their intertwined. This is a step in that direction.

Do you keep your journals? What have they shown you?

• All human beings are born free and equal.
• Hate and oppression are learned behaviors.
• I stand for personal and collective liberation.
• Propaganda is infamous for furthering division.
• We humans need each other. Let’s open our hearts and our minds to remember we are here to love and be loved.
• Challenge yourself to grow and see outside the box.
• Self-care and space-care are beautiful, essential, and…so is community-care. Showing up and giving back. Being a part of. Finding people who align with your values and celebrating each other.

Work/life update!
- I’m loving quarter 3 of school (Clinical Psychology, to be a licensed therapist)
- Lately my clients have been extreme home makeovers or hoarding situations, it feels very meaningful
- The non-profit job I had for 7 months wasn’t a good fit so I’ve been back full swing with the biz and grateful
- There’s a lot going on in the world and my heart goes out to anyone suffering. May we love and liberate. Lately I mainly share on my private, personal IG page. Pausing posting here has been important for my mental health, time, and energy. But I’m so happy you’re here and to connect when we can!

Closet session! 🛍️ (4 hours)
-Clothes, shoes, accessories.
-Toiletries that will soon go in new bathroom set up, tidied for now.

Typically we sort, purge, organize, but she’d already purged so we assumed all were keeps and better detail sorted, maximized space for efficiency, then labeled, and viola!

Love her style too! 🤩
