You do not have to feel ready to show up. You just have to show up.

The women who need you are not waiting for your highlight reel. They are waiting for the real you. The one who figured it out. The one who is still figuring it out. The one who shows up anyway.

That is the one who changes things.

Something happens when women are in the room together.

I have watched it hundreds of times and it gets me every single time.

They exhale. They stop performing. The conversation goes somewhere real. And something that felt impossible five minutes ago suddenly feels like the next step.

That is not an accident. That is what women do when they finally feel safe enough to be themselves.

If you have been doing it alone, I want you to know the room exists. The right women are in it. And there is a seat that has had your name on it for longer than you realize.

Not your business. Not your family. Not the women who are counting on you to show up.

Today is for the woman doing all this work. Not as a reward for how much she produced this week. As the foundation she builds from.

Move your body. Drink the water. Take the breath. Put the phone down for twenty minutes and let yourself exist outside of productivity for a little while.

She is not a machine. She is the whole operation.

Take care of her.
