My friend who made the Jetty Island Kite Zone movie (https://vimeo.com/120829552) has been contacted by the Snohomish County Parks Dept about using some clips from the movie on their website and he's negotiating a deal to use some of my kite surfing stills as well! As I sit here thinking about how drastically my life has changed this year, I'm reminded that many of my friends had their lives changed as well in ways much more permanent and tragic than mine. My heart goes out to the ones who lost loved ones, who had illnesses, who had the tough decisions to make and who, in spite of it all, kept going. You are my friends and I hope that, in some small way, I was part of your support system as you have been a part of mine.

On this last day of 2014, I send out my warmest wishes and heartfelt thanks to all my wonderful friends on FB and in real life. You are all dearly loved.
