🫶🏼 TO NEW BEGINNINGS 🫶🏼

While this wasn’t their first time buying, our clients were on the search for their first home together. That made this one extra special, especially because they also wanted to be closer to family. With that, the search came with some strict requirements. They wanted to be in Daly City for certain, and really wanted a home with a ton of storage 🥹

Leaving our home search within the limits of one city can be daunting, so we made sure to keep a keen eye on inventory. Within a month, we ended up finding a home that not only was in their favorite area, but had a completely unfinished lower level! All that space allowed for ample storage and even extra room for their beloved classic car, making this the perfect home for them ✨
