“Di pa ako kukuha kasi bata pa naman at healthy pa.”

STORY TIME. 🤍

My very first critical illness claim was thyroid cancer.

She was a friend of mine from Iloilo who got her policy with me and her sister. After 25 months, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.

We filed the claim, and thankfully, approved ang claim niya.

She was able to undergo surgery and, more importantly, focus on her recovery.

Hindi niya kailangang isipin agad kung paano siya makakabawi financially habang nagpapagaling. She had the breathing room to slow down, take a step back from work if she needed to, and build her life again at her own pace.

And this is one of the moments that made me realize why I do what I do.

Kasi hindi naman natin alam kung kailan darating ang isang diagnosis.

But when life happens, insurance can give you something very valuable: a choice.

A choice to rest.
A choice to recover.
A choice to focus on yourself and your family.
A choice to rebuild your life at your own pace.

Thank you, PRU, for giving me the chance to be part of stories like this.
