Thursday Family Reminder: “Visit Before There Is a Crisis” ❤️
Do not wait until an older loved one becomes sick, lonely or experiences an emergency before checking on them.
Make the call. Stop by when possible. Share a meal. Ask about their week, and stay long enough to hear the real answer.
Regular contact may help families notice small changes in an older person’s health, mood, memory or mobility before they become serious concerns. More importantly, your presence communicates something they should never have to question:
“You are loved. You are remembered. You still matter to us.” ❤️
Check on an older loved one today, not because something is wrong, but because they are important.
