Founded in 2009, it wasn't until 2017 when our true mission became clear: to help you and your team work the same way no matter where you are, 100% in the cloud, with incredible security. Do any of these sound familiar? Your IT resources are constantly reacting to problems. You use VPN connections when working remotely. You still have on-premise servers. You have "shadow IT" in your company: people who are tech-savvy enough to use personal cloud storage & apps to do their work. You wonder if you are safe from Ransomware attacks or data loss. You are concerned about company data living on personal devices. You are wondering: "is there's a better way to do IT?"
There is a better way! You can work the same way no matter where you are and be more secure than you are today. So what exactly do we do? You can think of us as the Yoda to your Luke Skywalker, if Yoda wanted to help you bring your company into the cloud age. Specifically, we help you migrate to Microsoft's new way of working, 100% in the Cloud. We call it: The Modern Office. The Modern Office is modular! Presently it can include:
Microsoft's cloud Email solution
Microsoft's cloud Device Management for PCs, Macs, iOS devices, and Android Devices
Microsoft's individual and shared file storage for business
Microsoft's chat solution for real-time internal communication
An easy-to-manage phone system built into the chat tool! Layered security throughout your IT system
Allixo's around-the-clock AI-Powered vigilance, keeping tabs on all user and cloud activity. Compliance with the NIST CSF: a basic security standard created for small companies. Unmetered support for your security and infrastructure
Scalable support for your team, from none to dedicated on-premise team members. The Gist: Work the same way no matter where you are, and be more secure than you are today. Are you ready to begin your journey?
