Buckwheat may have "wheat" in the name, but did you know it isn't actually wheat at all? 🌾
Buckwheat is a naturally gluten-free seed known for its rich, earthy flavor. Our Organic Whole Grain Buckwheat Flour is milled from organic buckwheat sourced from trusted Pacific Northwest farmers and retains the full flavor and character of the seed. As we wrap up our Bake It Forward celebration of World Baking Day, there are only a few days left to participate. Through May 31st, we'll donate 1 lb. of flour to the Stanwood-Camano Food Bank for every 5 lbs. of retail flour purchased, and all retail flour purchases are 5% off.
