I was asked how do I deal with difficult people in my training and coaching. Empathy. I enjoy dealing with the tough ones. If they were all easy anyone could do it and what fun is there in just dealing with the easy folks? Do you think you are tough? Gimme a try.

I saw Sir Ken Robinson speak at a training conference not too long ago. Compelling, funny, engaging speaker. He even make the comment that he is passionate about the topic - my point exactly. Become passionate about your topic so you engage your audience as deeply.
