MT Networks has been in the business since 1946 and has offices located in Madison & Burlington, Kansas. Madison Telephone, LLC has been a locally owned and operated telephone communications company since 1946. Many changes have taken place in the last 75 years. In the progression of time, more services have been added to the offerings other than plain old telephone service. With the current servi

ces offered, Madison Telephone, LLC realize that the business name has become outdated.The new name chosen keeps us true to our roots and shows the growth of services, MT NETWORKS (Madison Telephone Networks). MT NETWORKS was purchased by L.D. and Ella Harrington on January 1, 1946, from K.W. Morrison (a.k.a. C & M Telephone Company). The present owners are Larry and Sherry DeWitt (second generation) and Nathan DeWitt and Diantha Stutesman (third generation). The current board members are Sherry DeWitt, Larry DeWitt, Mary Meyer, Nathan DeWitt and Diantha Stutesman. MT NETWORKS is not only proud of our outstanding service, but our employees as well. There has not been a high turnover in employment since the company was purchased in 1946 by L.D. and Ella Harrington. Our present employees include: Nathan DeWitt, Diantha Stutesman, Rob McDonald, Beckie Burdick, Shana Rains, Rachel Ballard, Ryan Futrell, Josh Buster, Cade DeWitt and Stephen Stutesman. We continue to upgrade and update our facilities to provide quality communications to the communities we serve.

MT Networks to Sponsor Free Admission for Madison vs. Lebo Football Game
MADISON, Kan. — MT Networks is proud to sponsor the Madison vs. Lebo football game on Friday, September 4, at Madison High School.
As part of the sponsorship, MT Networks will cover admission for ALL spectators — both home and visiting fans! Everyone is invited to come out, enjoy the game, and cheer on the student-athletes at no cost.
As MT Networks celebrates 80 years of connecting families, we are excited to give back to the communities that have supported us throughout the years.

Combination Technician

Position Overview
The Combination Technician plays a critical role in delivering and supporting MT Networks’ services. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of broadband and telephone systems. Because technicians are often the face of MT Networks,strong communication skills, professionalism, and problem-solving ability are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic, Wi-Fi, fixed wireless broadband, and local telephone services.
Respond to customer service calls, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Perform cable locates, service upgrades, and other field projects as assigned.
Educate customers on the use of installed services and equipment.
Provide professional, courteous service and maintain positive customer relationships.
Complete accurate records of work performed, including service tickets and project notes.
Adhere to safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies.
Represent MT Networks with integrity as a primary point of customer contact.
Candidate must be available for the on-call rotation.
Qualifications
Prior experience in telecommunications, broadband, or related technical fields ispreferred, but we are also willing to train motivated candidates.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
Willingness to work from an elevated position including a bucket or boom truck.
