Impact measurement is not reporting.
It’s positioning.
Too many organizations measure what’s easy:
• Number of beneficiaries
• Number of trainings
• Number of grants
Those numbers may secure funding.
But they don’t answer the real question:
Did we shift the system—or just operate within it?
If measurement becomes compliance, strategy disappears.
Real impact measurement defines power, leverage, and direction.
