PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT PICKUP POLICY UPDATE
The photos attached to this post show something we've been struggling with for a long time: our late-pickup and non-pickup storage area.
We love our customers and truly appreciate every single person who supports our auctions. Many of you have been with us for years, and we do not make changes like this lightly.
Unfortunately, the number of items being left for weeks and sometimes months has grown to the point that we simply cannot continue operating this way. The longer items remain in storage, the more difficult they become to organize, locate, and protect from damage. It also takes away valuable space needed for incoming inventory.
Because of this, we are implementing updated pickup policies.
Effective immediately:

All new accounts must have a credit card on file.

Accounts with items older than 14 days will be temporarily suspended until those items are picked up.
Effective June 21:

Items not picked up within 7 days may be subject to a $5 late handling fee.
β
Items not picked up within 21 days may be considered abandoned and resold.
β
A $25 reinstatement fee may apply to suspended accounts.
Our goal is not to punish anyone. Our goal is to keep inventory moving, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure that everyone receives the items they purchase.
If you currently have items waiting for pickup, we encourage you to pick them up as soon as possible before the new deadlines take effect.
