Day 2 at FMX 2026.

A lot of booth conversations have centered on prior authorizations, referrals, care gaps, denials, and where teams need more administrative support.

Good conversations so far, and more to come.

If you're here in Nashville, stop by and see us at Booth 2830.

As healthcare organizations add capacity and bring AI into their workflows, one question remains: Who owns the work?

That question was central to our message at Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) MGMA 2026, where we introduced Human-Assured™ operations.

The output is not the ex*****on. Someone still needs to own the next step, know when to step in, and make sure the work gets done.

We appreciated the conversations with healthcare leaders in San Antonio about what accountability looks like in practice.

Here's a look back at our time at MGMA 2026.

More work doesn’t always mean more people. Sometimes, it means looking differently at how the work gets done.

That’s one of the conversations we’re looking forward to at American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP)'s FMX 2026.

We want to hear how family medicine teams are handling growing administrative workloads, adapting workflows as volume changes, and deciding where technology fits - and where accountability matters.

We’ll be at The Xchange, Booth #2830, in Nashville, October 21–23.

MGMA 26 is coming up, and we’ll be in San Antonio September 27–29.

One thing we keep seeing as medical practices grow: more patients also mean more administrative work behind the scenes.

It means more coordination and follow-through, with day-to-day work continuing to add up for teams that are already carrying a full load.

That’s one of the conversations we’re looking forward to at MGMA. How do you keep the work consistent and moving without putting even more pressure on the people already
doing it?

If you’re attending, come find us at Booth #428.

Growth doesn’t create every operational issue. Sometimes, it reveals the ones that were already there.

As demand increases, gaps in training, workflows, and operational support become harder to absorb.

Adding people can increase capacity. Maintaining continuity takes prepared teams, documented workflows, and support structures that are in place before they are needed.

Prior authorization requests can look complete and still miss the context that matters.

A diagnosis, symptoms, and requested service may be included. But medical necessity often depends on details documented elsewhere, such as treatment history, prior notes, or supporting clinical context.

AI can help organize the request, but ensuring the full clinical picture is reflected before submission remains an important part of the process.

05/28/2026

AI can make documentation faster, but trust still depends on verification.

In this video, a routine visit note appears complete and ready to sign, except one detail was never discussed during the encounter.

Without a validation step, that detail can carry forward into coding, clinical context, and future decisions.

AI can support the workflow. Human review protects the integrity of the record.

05/15/2026

A clean AI-generated note is not the same as a submission-ready note.

In healthcare, missing context can affect approvals, reimbursement, and timelines, even when the documentation looks complete on the surface.

That is why AI adoption needs more than automation. It needs review, validation, and operational follow-through.

05/04/2026

We spent the spring at HIMSS, MGMA, Becker's, and AMGA.

AI came up in nearly every conversation, specifically the harder questions around consistency and accountability. How do you use it reliably across workflows? Who owns the decisions it touches?

The work hasn't shrunk. It's shifted into validation, coordination, and follow-through. That's what "human in the loop" actually looks like.

A look back at the season. 👇

Heading to the AMGA Conference April 16–17.

As healthcare workflows become more AI-enabled, ex*****on is becoming a bigger focus. Many medical groups are rethinking the workforce behind those systems.

Across the patient journey, that layer is what drives capacity, accuracy, and ex*****on.

Looking forward to the conversations in Las Vegas.
